Leopoldina Belgian Tripel stands out for its elegant complexity and surprising delicacy on the palate. Originally created by monks in Belgium, the Tripel style is reinterpreted here with respect for its classic essence, enhanced by the group’s enological expertise and refermented in the bottle with yeasts traditionally used in sparkling wines. Its deep golden color and firm white head introduce a medium-bodied beer with a rounded, balanced profile. The bouquet highlights the fruity notes typical of the style, delicately layered with hints of dried fruits and spices, the result of maceration with coriander seeds and Seville orange peel. A higher alcohol content is gracefully enveloped by the velvety texture acquired during 45 days in French oak. The bitterness is balanced, and the finish is clean, revealing subtle floral hop notes.
